Fortalecimiento de la autoeficacia digital en docentes de música participantes en un entorno virtual de aprendizaje

Este estudio evaluó la variación en la autoeficacia percibida sobre competencias digitales de 35 docentes de música en México, tras su participación en un entorno virtual de aprendizaje (EVA). Para atender a la histórica resistencia al uso de la tecnología, agravada por la pandemia de SARS-CoV-2, se implementó un taller de 26 horas que combinó sesiones sincrónicas y asincrónicas. Mediante un diseño mixto preexperimental (pretest-postest), se aplicó una escala Likert antes y después de la intervención. Los resultados cuantitativos evidenciaron un incremento estadísticamente significativo (???? < 0.001), con la media pasando de 66.71 a 93.57. El análisis cualitativo reveló una notable transformación en la percepción del profesorado: la tecnología dejó de verse como un obstáculo para convertirse en un recurso pedagógico, lo que permitió superar el temor a las tecnologías emergentes. Se concluye que los EVA son útiles para fortalecer la autoeficacia docente y favorecer el necesario cambio pedagógico. Versión en lengua de señas mexicana
