Validación de un instrumento basado en escenarios conductuales para la evaluación de la autorregulación del aprendizaje desde una perspectiva neurocognitiva

El estudio tuvo como objetivo validar un instrumento para evaluar la autorregulación del aprendizaje mediante escenarios conductuales, como alternativa a los enfoques tradicionales de autorreporte. Se empleó un diseño instrumental con una muestra de 266 estudiantes de educación superior. El instrumento estuvo integrado por 20 escenarios organizados en cinco dimensiones: control inhibitorio, memoria de trabajo, memoria a largo plazo, regulación emocional y motivación. El análisis de datos incluyó la evaluación de la adecuación muestral (KMO = .905) y la prueba de esfericidad de Bartlett (p < .001), así como un análisis factorial exploratorio que confirmó la estructura del instrumento. La consistencia interna mostró niveles adecuados de fiabilidad. Las correlaciones evidenciaron relaciones positivas y significativas entre todas las dimensiones, destacando la motivación y la regulación emocional como los componentes más asociados con la autorregulación global. Los resultados sugieren que la autorregulación opera como un sistema integrado de procesos cognitivos y afectivos-motivacionales. Versión en lengua de señas mexicana
